Minneapolis Public Schools Day Camps : Friday, March 18th

Description

We have out of school day-camp options for Minneapolis Public Schools’ students! Let’s keep the learning going on your days off from the classroom. Each day will be filled with science experiments, crafts, large group games, snack creations, outdoor time, and plenty of time to be creative all based on different themes! Camps are academic based with plenty of time for free exploration, peer interaction and play.

Friday: March 18th : Over the Rainbow : How many different ways can you make a rainbow? Students will explore the mystery that is a rainbow by experimenting with light, doing science experiments, creating rainbow crafts and even creating rainbow snacks. Please bring a flashlight.

Day camps are held at Calvary Lutheran Church in West Edina (6817 Antrim Rd, Edina, MN 55439) and are not religious based. Camps are taught by a licensed K-6th Elementary Education teacher.

Price: $60 M/W, $85 F (1/2 day options available)

Please Bring: A snack, lunch and water (all peanut free) *Children will be spending time outdoors. Please dress appropriately.
